Stir fry prawns with vegetables

What could be the simplest side dish for the easy fried rice? May be some stir fried vegetables or stir fry chicken.. Why not stir fry prawns mixed with vegetables. Here goes the quick version of stir fry prawns that would taste great with any kind of fried rice.


Things needed
Prawns - 15 Count (Peeled and cleaned)
Mixed vegetables (Lima beans, Corn, Carrot, Peas) - 1 Cup
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste

For Sauce
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Maggi hot chilli seasoning - 1tsp
Hot sauce - 1tsp
Spicy banana sauce - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Rice flour - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1/4 Cup
Heat oil in a pan. Add the mixed vegetables to it and cook it with salt for about 5 minutes. Make sure that the vegetables are not over cooked.
Add prawns to the vegetables and cook it for another 5 minutes. Now to make the sauce, mix all the ingredients listed under 'for sauce' and adjust the taste of the sauce. Add this salt to the prawns and cook until the sauce gets thick enough to coat all the vegetables and prawns.
Quick prawn stir fry is ready to be enjoyed with Egg Fried Rice. It also tastes good with chapathi.
