Bread and vegetables stir fry

Thinking what to make for breakfast or evening snack.. Here is a simple and healthy dish using bread and mixed vegetables. Just with a pack of mixed veggies and few bread slice, our plate will be filled with colorful and delicious dish.
Things needed
Bread slices - 5 nos.
Mixed vegetables - 1 Cup ( I used frozen beans, carrot, broccoli, peas, mushrooms)
Mozzarella cheese - 1/8 Cup ( Shredded)
Soy sauce - 1 Tsp
Hot sauce - 1 Tsp
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - To taste

Heat a pan, add the vegetables and stir fry it with salt, soy sauce, hot sauce until its 3/4th cooked. Meanwhile toast the bread slices in the toaster and cut them into bite size pieces. When the veggies are cooked, add the bread, cheese and pepper to it. Mix the veggies and bread for few minutes and turn off the heat. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
